About the program
Virtual In The Picture has been specially designed to help connect remote teams by driving a shared identity and purpose.
This creative and visual digital team building program is great way of showing that it’s the staff that collectively make a company.
Participants are invited to take “selfies” for inclusion in a video clip that will showcase all members of their team. They are given clear instructions on the orientation and background colour of their photos, as well as the due date and where they must be uploaded.
Team members are also encouraged to be creative by using props and outfits that match the project’s theme. Once all images are compiled, the video is created and participants join its premier using an online meeting tool.
The video begins with a fast-moving sequence of individual team members before panning back to include increasingly more people, ultimately revealing a powerful branded collage, created through the convergence of the individual images.
