About the program
Virtual Final Furlong is a fun and exciting digital team building program designed to help workers let their hair down and relax on a Friday afternoon.
A blend of Friday afternoon drinks and a day at the horse races, adapted for an online setting, Virtual Final Furlong includes friendly points-based bets on horse races, a fashion show and prizes.
Using Be Challenged’s proprietary Go Team App, all participants are encouraged to dress up for the event and upload a photo or video of themselves walking down the hallway (catwalk) for the fashion show.
The same app is also used to place the points-based bets on four different horse races that are streamlined live across videoconferencing software used to host the afternoon.
Winners at the end receive a variety of vouchers yet everyone will leave feeling positive and energised after a feel-good afternoon full of laughs.
