At Be Challenged we use a unique 7-step process for managing and delivering your team workshop and program requirements. It is an agile and efficient process that ensures you always work with an expert for each step of your team building journey, to save time, remove risk and deliver on your desired outcomes.

Step 1: Discovery Call
Our journey starts with a discussion around how you want your team to be challenged. The key here is to understand your business, team and what you are trying to achieve.
Step 2: Presentation & Feedback
Based on our discovery call, we will send you an initial proposal with four to five specific programs that enables you to share these with relevant stakeholders. The key here is coming back to us with as much feedback as possible
Step 3: Program Selected
Feedback from you and other stakeholders on our initial proposal will allow us to design, adjust or go back to the drawing board to make sure we find the right solution for your specific needs and wants.
Step 4: Enter Event Manager
Trumpets sound as one of our expert Event Managers enters stage left to do what they do best and bring your solution to life. Put your feet up and relax, we are here to make you look like a superstar.
Step 5: Facilitation Introduction
What makes Be Challenged stand out is the experts we have in place to focus on what they do best. You will now be introduced to your delivery team, including your Lead Facilitator, who delivers hundreds of programs and workshops every year.
Step 6: Program Delivery
It’s go time! Or is that Go Team? Whatever program you have chosen, today’s the day! Your dedicated Event Manager has checked twice to ensure everything is ready for your important day.
Step 7: De-brief
Whether through a post program survey or at the event afterparty, we love feedback. It helps us stay at the top of the game and it gives you the opportunity to provide input to further enhance outcomes of the next program we do together.
