About the programs

Shared experiences that get people talking, thinking and working together…quickly. Breaking the ice can often be the hardest thing to do when meeting new people or working within a new team. These events have been tried and tested to accelerate through the awkward phase of getting people comfortable in their new environment and therefore ensuring an increased participation rate and greater outcomes achieved.

These can be run as standalone events such as Bean Around the World, a coffee trading simulation which highlights the importance of building relationships outside of your direct team or as part of a dinner or luncheon, like Curio Show, which encourages table discussion immediately and ensures some high quality networking!
