The Brief:
After their 2021 conference was cancelled due to COVID, Spotlight were keen to bring the four-day event back with a bang in 2022, for the 160 store managers and senior support staff in attendance.
The iconic Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort was chosen as the venue, offering plenty of space for indoor and outdoor activities in a warm climate in close proximity to the airport.
Key priorities for the event were to:
- Drive reconnection among the team
- Make the most of the incredible Sunshine Coast location
- Provide a memorable and fun experience
How did we do?
