About the program

A highly thought-provoking workshop on Change Management.

How It Works

Participants of this workshop will be guided through an exploration of the inevitability of a need for change, before a consideration of the differing responses people have toward change.

After introducing communication protocols to drive deep and psychologically safe discussion in the workplace, the facilitator will then guide participants through a change management model which may assist teams of people to plan for change, implement change and reflect on the success of their change implementation.

Participants will develop a knowledge and understanding of:

  • How to adapt to change in the workplace
  • Learn why a change needs to happen within the workplace
  • How a framework assists us to navigate these initial responses to change
  • Learning the steps required for creating the climate for change through a shared understanding

Learning outcomes

The participants will participate in a reflection and debrief at the completion of the workshop that will allow time to reflect about differing members of a team manage change, while setting goals for the management of change in an organisation into the future.

About the program

An alternative Olympiad providing sport for all. A celebration of indigenous games from all corners of the world.

How It Works

The group divides into two opposing tribes and numerous sub-teams within each. First, team create their own bespoke tribal regalia. Dressed to impress, each team then rotates through a circuit of ‘quests’, competing head to head with teams from the opposing tribe. Points accumulated by the teams contribute to their tribe’s total score. In the closing ceremony teams face-off for a Haka showdown. The team with the highest points is declared the winner!
