Thriving in collaborative environments, Michelle is passionate about developing a strong foundation for working with businesses and their teams to implement team-building strategies and solutions. Moving to Australia from New Zealand in 2002, Sydney has become her home, but she still strongly supports the All Blacks at every opportunity.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys all elements of music, travel, and fitness, the importance of connection with family and friends and creating new experiences while working on her personal goals.
