Be Challenged is a dynamic team building company looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our amazing team!

Be Challenged specialises in team building events designed to foster team cohesion, accelerate personal growth and increase employee engagement. We deliver our experiential programs, as well as our learning and development workshops, to a diverse range of clients inclusive of the corporate sector, the graduate market, the education sector and senior teams.

This role encompasses the key priorities of client relationship management, account management and business development. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Senior Client Relationship Manager who is driven to grow and expand upon our impact in these key sectors, particularly in relation to schools.

The successful candidate will be intrinsically motivated, have exemplary communication and networking skills and possess a growth mindset coupled with the ability to form strong and enduring relationships with clients and strategic partners.

A passionate knowledge and understanding of the education sector would be highly advantageous. While a previous background in sales would be ideal, we welcome applications from a range of experiences and backgrounds, including the education industry. We are looking for a candidate who believes in the value of what we bring to teams and to individuals, and who will feel confident about Bringing the Buzz to all that they do at Be Challenged!
