After a short introduction, teams receive the rules along with their box of botanicals. At this point, boasting and ribbing are strongly encouraged, because the end game is to be the first group to correctly identify the aroma profiles of some of the most popular gin OR whisky brands in the world! With your smelling strip in hand, you will identify each sample in your botanical kit. After a combination of tastings and sniffing sample strips, it’s time for you and your fellow alcohol detectives to make your first deductions. Compare answers, discuss amongst your team and let the majority vote take you to the final round. Submit your final answers and engage in more conversing and boasting as results are tallied. Your collective hard work is rewarded with another round of G&Ts or Whisky Sours as you all reflect on your new found knowledge. Team Tonic is the perfect low-key way to get the evening started on the right foot.
