About the program
The Pitch is a creative video activity designed to get everyone in each team working together towards a single goal. This team building activity will challenge each team as they set out to capture their primary objective on film. Objectives can be related to the theme of the conference, company values or a new product or service the business is implementing, and interpretation of these themes is an open as seen in Trop Fest. Each team will have to nominate a director, actors, camera crew, makeup and costume co-ordinators in order to get the job done. This allows different personality types to lead whilst also giving everyone the chance to participate across a variety of roles. Each team will be given a number of props to use to make sure they will be able to create a masterpiece. After teams have completed their filming they will give their footage to the editor to fill any gaps and get the film ready for presenting at the Oscars…
