Norm has worked across a wide range of industries and brings detailed knowledge from areas such as: Professional Services, Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Government.
A strong believer in experiential education, Norm works hard to ensure every client achieves their team objectives and participants walk away with valuable learnings on the power of effective team work and leadership. A highly regarded and requested facilitator, Norm has the ability of developing trust and rapport with teams quickly while laying a platform for honest and reflective conversations that bring out the best in people. Norm also dedicates a lot of this personal time to giving back to the community and has held various volunteer roles within Surf Life Saving Australia, including Vice President, surf sports official, patrol captain, honorary beach inspector, surf boat advisory panel, Surf Boat Captain and Touring Team Manager to name a few.
It’s not all work though, Norm is a keen Surf Boat Rower and has had success in World Championships as well as multiple National, State and Local Championships. Norm’s aim in life is to be 100% engaged, fulfilled and enjoy all aspects of life- both work and play.
