As if this is not enough Terry is also an NLP Master practitioner, accredited in Myers Briggs type indicator, TetraMap behaviourial profiling, Thomas Profiling Tool, (DISC) and a Master Facilitator in Extraordinary Leadership and Mental Toughness.
Terry’s professional background includes Senior Human Resource roles in financial services, partner of UK Mindset firm Speakers International as well as global leadership roles in rogenSi and consequently ttech Consulting.
Terry has partnered with the Be Challenged team to help grow the new Learning and Development offering, which focuses on Extraordinary Leader, Sales Effectiveness and Offsite Strategy facilitation.
