Originally from country Queensland, Nathan found his way to the big city lights of Brisbane and the Gold Coast, working in the finance sector. During 8 years in the sector undertaking various roles, Nathan had the privilege to work closely with a number of small to large businesses and in doing so, it became apparent how important a culture of collaboration, an effective and trusting team along with open communication is key to the success of any business venture. With this knowledge, Nathan pursued his passion for growing and developing not only finance professionals but also Senior High School students who were about to enter into the “Real World”.
This passion for helping people grow, collaborate and work as a skilled team opposed to simply a group of skilled individuals is what brought Nathan to Be Challenged where he now facilitates uniquely fun programs for participants all while embedding the principles of a business’s team building strategy.
In Nathan’s spare time, he enjoys a good yarn, running alongside the beautiful Gold Coast beaches and getting out and about with his beautiful, docile, and energetic Spoodle (Luna).
