Melanie’s key strengths as a senior facilitator are creating an environment where participants feel comfortable to share, learn and explore ideas, ensuring everyone leaves with a smile and most importantly that there are plenty of light-bulb moments where the participants link the program outcomes back to their workplace.
Melanie loves to travel, indulging her passion for meeting new people and experiencing different cultures and cuisines. Some of the travel highlights for Melanie (not your usual beach holidays!) are motorbiking around Vietnam, Thailand and Tassie, climbing Mount Kinabalu in Borneo and completing a 900km trek across Spain. However, she is a country girl at heart and these days Melanie is happiest tending her chooks and garden in regional Victoria
