Darcy joined the Melbourne office of Be Challenged as an Account Manager in 2017. Darcy’s previous roles and experience in hospitality, event management and project management have taken him all over the world from Australia to New Zealand, Mexico and Canada. This global experience has highlighted and reinforced the importance a company’s culture and team morale play in the workplace. Darcy knows first-hand the value of individuals connecting in a team environment and the impact a happy team has on business results.

Out of the office Darcy is most likely on a plane exploring the rest of the world, communing with nature- either hiking or rock climbing or attending local gigs and helping to run community festivals. Nature, fitness, travel and music- all the bases are covered!
