About The Program
Participants will explore the six key leadership styles through discussions, scenarios, and games to enhance their leadership effectiveness.
Leadership Stories is based on Daniel Goleman’s six emotional leadership styles. Participants engage in discussions, presentations, and realistic workplace scenarios in order to better understand and practice these styles. The program encourages reflection on personal leadership experiences and offers insights into how different styles can influence a team. They will face various business challenges, or ‘Leadership Stories’, to experiment with these styles. This will help identify each individual’s leadership approach, its impact on the team, and the importance of adopting different methods to motivate and engage.
Everyone gets a deeper understanding of leadership styles, practical experience in applying them, and insights into personal leadership development.
Participants gain confidence in identifying and applying different leadership styles. They learn to adapt their approach to various situations, enhancing their ability to inspire and lead teams effectively. The workshop raises self-awareness and the ability to recognise the impact of one’s leadership style on team dynamics
