About The Program

Participants will develop a knowledge and understanding of:​

  • Awareness of the value for teams and individuals of emphasising Emotional Intelligence in the workplace
  • Knowledge and understanding of the four elements of Emotional Intelligence; self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills
  • Determination of individual areas of action for reflection and future self-growth

This workshop aims to explore and enhance participants understanding of emotional intelligence. The value of Emotional Intelligence is often underestimated or misunderstood. Nonetheless, it is undoubtedly a critical factor in organisational success. The power of an organisation lies in its culture and in its people – particularly with regard to their interactions and the quality of team connectedness.

This workshop explores the four key components of Emotional Awareness; self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills. Armed with awareness of these key elements, practical strategies and a tool kit, participants will be better equipped to cultivate Emotional Intelligence within themselves and their teams, fostering a more collaborative, resilient, and emotionally intelligent corporate culture.

Participants will learn practical strategies and tools that will be shared to empower them in enhancing their emotional intelligence, enabling them to navigate setbacks and uncertainties with confidence.

By the end of this workshop, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of Emotional Intelligence and its pivotal role in workplace success.
