If your program does not meet the agreed objectives due to Be Challenged’s performance, we will provide a full or partial refund. This reflects our commitment to high-quality facilitation, impactful design, and exceptional client experience.
When the Guarantee Applies
Our guarantee covers situations where:
- The program did not meet the objectives agreed in the proposal or briefing.
- Delivery or facilitation fell below Be Challenged’s expected quality standards.
- Issues raised were within Be Challenged’s control.
- Feedback is submitted within 7 days of program delivery.
What’s Not Included
The guarantee does not apply when outcomes are affected by:
- Venue, AV or weather issues
- Participant behaviour or low engagement
- Client-initiated changes to scope or objectives
- Third-party costs (travel, venue hire, catering, suppliers)
How It Works
- You submit your feedback in writing within 7 days.
- We conduct an internal review and schedule a short debrief.
