About The Program
Participants will develop a knowledge and understanding of:
- Knowledge and understanding of the shared experiences of graduates as they transition into the world of work
- Awareness of the key areas that typically pose a challenge to the confidence of new graduates as they transition into their careers.
- A set of skills to utilise as a means of managing this significant transition and boosting confidence.
Designed for new graduates and other employees who are in the early stages of their careers. Challenges to confidence faced by early career employees are explored, as well as the way that these challenges can lead to employees experiencing Imposter Syndrome. Participants learn strategies around how to manage signs of imposter syndrome and boost confidence using a range of tools.
These tools centre around managing confidence through mindset, the embracing of failure, awareness of protocols and expectations, mitigation of ‘bad stress’, the prioritisation of organisation and the active practising of gratitude.
Workshop participants will go away with an enriched toolkit for managing confidence through mindset, the embracing of failure, awareness of protocols and expectations, mitigation of ‘bad stress’ and actively practice gratitude.
