Change Management Workshop
About The Program
Participants of this workshop will be guided through an exploration of the inevitability of a need for change, before a consideration of the differing responses people have toward change.
After introducing communication protocols to drive deep and psychologically safe discussion in the workplace, the facilitator will then guide participants through a change management model which may assist teams of people to plan for change, implement change and reflect on the success of their change implementation.
The participants will take part in a reflection and debrief at the completion of the workshop that will allow time to reflect about differing members of a team manage change, while setting goals for the management of change in an organisation into the future.
