About The Program
Participants will develop a knowledge and understanding of:
- Awareness of different types of feedback
- Recognition of the varying degrees of effectiveness of the different styles of feedback
- Cognisance of research of John Hattie and Ron Berger’s Critique Protocols, and the relevance of this research to their approach to feedback
- Recognition of typical responses to feedback and the impact this can have on ongoing personal and professional growth
In this workshop, participants will develop knowledge and understanding of the different types of feedback and their varying degrees of effectiveness.
Touching on the research of John Hattie, they will learn about the applicability of feedback types to different objectives, while developing an appreciation of the significance of effective feedback on productivity and performance.
Ron Berger’s Critique Protocols are then explored as a means of providing participants with a framework they can use as individuals and in teams when seeing to fully utilise the power of feedback.
Emerging from this workshop, your participants will have a thorough understanding of how to give and receive feedback.
They will ultimately take with them actionable insights to support a culture where every voice feels valued and heard.
