About The Program

Split into teams, you’ll be presented with bizarre challenges to share within your team and across the entire group.

Teams compete in various challenges to earn points. As facilitators reveal each challenge a different representative from each team is nominated to participate in each challenge. The teams that have accumulated the most points will go into a playoff for the Gold Medal–the number of teams in the playoff is dependent on the overall number of teams. Likewise, the teams with a low score will go in to the playoff for the Wooden Spoon.

The speed and energy of the program creates instant camaraderie. The bizarreness of the task ensures that while the spirit of competition is high, barriers are eliminated and fun and connection ensues.

Your team will get to see their colleagues in a completely different light, revealing new connections and creating memories and stories that will help remove the barrier of unfamiliarity.
