Two Tribes
About The Program
Participants are introduced to unusual traditional sports in a way that encourages participation, inclusion and mutual respect.
The group is divided into 2 opposing tribes and numerous sub-teams within each. First, teams create their own bespoke tribal regalia.
Dressed to impress, each team then rotates through a circuit of “quests”, competing head-to-head with teams from the opposing tribe. Points accumulated by the teams contribute to their tribe’s total score. In the closing ceremony, teams face off for a haka showdown
Your people will get a clearer sense of the skills of one another, a renewed sense of their own strengths and shared experience from which to draw upon when returning to the office.
Participants develop problem-solving skills, identify emerging leaders, and build resilience while learning to trust and collaborate effectively.
