Managing Change – Personally
About The Program
This workshop shifts change management toward the human experience, helping participants understand how they internally navigate change rather than focusing on organisational processes. By exploring the difference between change and transition, individuals reflect on their default reactions and how these behaviours influence team culture.
Using models like William Bridge’s Transition framework and DiSC, the session encourages self-awareness, compassion, and practical regulation strategies. Participants learn to move through transitions with intention, strengthening resilience and adaptive leadership.
Participants will develop a knowledge and understanding of:
- The difference between change and transition – recognising how external events differ from the internal psychological process individuals move through.
- Their own default response to change – including the personal history, values, and patterns that shape how they react.
- How individual reactions influence teams and culture – understanding the ripple effects of behaviour and the role of self-regulation in adaptive leadership.
At the completion of this workshop, participants will gain a deeper self awareness of their personal responses to change and how these patterns influence team culture and dynamics
Participants will leave with practical tools to navigate change with greater empathy and adaptability.
- Adaptive Mindset
- Emotional Agility
- Constructive Influence
