About The Program
iBuild challenges teams to replicate an unseen model, improving communication and collaboration skills.
Participants are split into groups, each tasked with replicating a model they cannot see. Information about the model must be relayed through a chain of team members to the ‘builder’, who assembles the model based on this guidance. At halftime, roles are switched to give everyone a chance to contribute differently. At the end, teams reveal their replicas and debrief to reflect on the experience. The exercise requires meticulous planning, role allocation, and a strategic communication approach, making it an excellent tool for enhancing two-way communication skills.
