Diverse geographical location and non-linear intakes.
Flexible & diverse learning:
A 24 month program designed with flexibility at its core. Face-to-face components were scheduled in orders to cater for non-linear intakes, combined with a range of Learning and Development style workshops, delivered remotely, to ensure all participants engaged in individual & team based development activities.
Agile optimisation:
Workshops were bespoke in design, ensuring that specific DTI objectives and outcomes were embedded and that inclusivity was prioritised. At key periods throughout 2024, Be Challenged and DTI team members met to discuss feedback of both the program to make subsequent adjustments as a means of optimising the outcomes of this interactive program.
