About the program
Trading Post or Trade Winds is a game of neogitation and building relationships based either on the Cowboy Plains or on the High Seas with Pirates. Their goal is to accumulate treasure by building relationships with other traders in port while using their guile to gather vital market information. These programs are incredibly versatile; it grabs participant’s attentions immediately and always creates a highly charged atmosphere. Cutlasses, eye patches, cowboy hats or sheriff badges add to the experience but the game is so much more than just fun! This team building activity is the perfect kick off for your next conference as all participants will have to move around the room and negotiate with all the other participants. It’s the perfect get-to-know-you activity for your conference. The crux of the game centres on establishing trust in customer relationships, how the teams manage these relationships is the key to their success.
