About The Program

Teams receive a locked aluminium box where they discover four intriguing metal cases, containing codes and mysteries that have to be unravelled in order to progress. The pressure gets intense as participants soon realise they can’t successfully complete the task without the input of everyone in the room. What they thought was a competitive challenge turns out to be entirely collaborative, flipping working practices and behaviours on their heads.

A fun experiential challenge, that encourages growth mindset and big picture thinking. The optional debrief offers a safe space to discuss how we work, and what behaviours could benefit productivity and team synergy.

A team with strengthened skills and relationships, ready to tackle challenges in the workplace with renewed synergy and unity.
