Facilitator – WA

Be Challenged is a dynamic team building company looking for a full-time Facilitator to join our growing WA team!

Be Challenged specialises in team building events designed to foster team cohesion, accelerate personal growth and increase employee engagement. We deliver our experiential programs, as well as our learning and development workshops, to a diverse range of clients inclusive of government agencies, executives, the corporate sector, the graduate market and the education sector.

If you are an energetic person with strong people skills, the desire to continually learn and grow, passion for what you do and a dynamic facilitation style; coupled with the desire to ‘Bring the Buzz’ to a range of clients, we would love to hear from you.

Based in our Bibra Lake office, this role encompasses accountabilities that prioritise high quality facilitation to a range of audiences and sectors, combined with a commitment to continuing to enhance your knowledge of our programs and products. Be Challenged facilitators are adept at collaborating with team members from across the business to ensure strong relationships with our clients are established and maintained. The successful candidates will have a growth mindset, determination to succeed and the ability to be responsive and adaptive in our dynamic environment.

Be Challenged proudly facilitates to our clients across Australia. As such, this role will involve regular domestic travel, including to some of our regional cities and towns. No two days are the same for our Facilitators, and that is part of what makes these roles so fulfilling!

During the exciting growth phase of our WA office, the successful candidate may have accountabilities related to the support of our Event team and also with regard to facilitating virtual programs.

Ideally, successful candidates will have had prior experience in any of the following; Facilitation, the Education Sector, Learning and Development, the Events Industry, Sports Coaching, Hospitality or Personal/Group Training. We are; however, open to employing individuals with the right skill set who come from a diverse range of backgrounds, experiences and industries. We are open to a discussion about this role being full-time or part-time in 2025.
