About The Program

The program unfolds in three engaging phases. Teams kick things off by building a creative piece based on a specific theme or replica, testing their imagination and teamwork. Next, teams earn their donation items by completing a series of themed tasks related to the toys themselves. In the final phase, teams package, wrap, and decorate their earned toys and add their personal touch to the donation.

A fantastic mix of fun, creativity, and the warm fuzzies from helping others.

Your people will strengthen their connection and experience the joy of contributing to a good cause.

Ultimately, Toy Factory turns a fun exercise into a real communication skills enhancer!
