Lucas Gamble has always had a deep interest in helping people to achieve their personal development goals, and that’s why he is such a valued part of the Be Challenged team, as the NSW State Manager. Lucas has extensive experience in working in organisations that facilitate personal and professional development. He has previously held roles with Corporate Challenge, where he worked in the team building and team development spaces, before moving to Outward Bound as the Business Development Director, an organisation that supported disadvantaged young people by helping them attend personal development programs.
It was here that Lucas had his career highlight to date, developing a leadership development program for young people from low socio-economic areas in South Western Sydney. This program involved a lot of planning and stakeholder engagement in order to secure the funds to make it happen, but the end result had a meaningful impact on many young people’s lives. At Be Challenged Lucas will be bringing that same passion for really making a different to help people in professional teams find their voice and really become an integral part of their teams. Lucas lists his most valuable skill as his ability to really listen to what a client is looking to achieve in engaging with Be Challenged, and then developing a uniquely tailored program for that partner. When he’s not helping teams and individuals with their own personal development, Lucas likes to be active with his family, either swimming or surfing in the ocean, or spending time outdoors in the garden or hiking around mountains.
