Be Challenged is a dynamic team building company looking for a Facilitator to join our amazing team!

Be Challenged specialises in team building events designed to foster team cohesion, accelerate personal growth and increase employee engagement. We work with a diverse range of clients inclusive of executives, the corporate sector, the graduate market and the education sector.

If you are an energetic person with strong people skills and the desire to ‘Bring the Buzz’ to a range of clients, we would love to hear from you.

Based in our NSW office, this role has accountabilities which prioritise facilitating to a range of audiences while showing a proactive approach in learning about our programs. Be Challenged facilitators have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to effectively liaise with our valued clients and with members of the Be Challenged team.

The successful candidate will have a growth mindset, determination to succeed and the ability to form strong and enduring relationships with clients.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have had prior experience in facilitation, the events industry, sports coaching, the education sector, hospitality or personal/group training; however, we are open to employing individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds, experiences and industries.
