The Director of Operations at Be Challenged, Kingsley Seale is the other half of the duo, with Oliver Sheer, that purchased the company in 2011. Seale takes “hands-on” to the next level, having produced and facilitated over 1100 team programs and workshops for Be Challenged customers over the nearly ten years that he has been with the company. In that time, Seale has helped untold numbers of people develop team skills and unlock their personal potential, he has helped leaders develop their leadership and communications skills, and helped entire organisations develop a workforce better adapted to problem solving and strategic thinking.
A real passion for being healthy and active has always driven Seale’s work. In addition to his time as a team development consultant, Seale has been heavily involved in rugby, including his professional stint as a Rugby player in Italy. Knowing the intensity of the teamwork in Rugby, and the benefits when a team comes together with each player doing their role, has helped Seale develop and execute business simulations that help teams transform. Seale is driven by the needs of each individual client, and the reason he become an investor in the company is because it aligned with his interest in closely working with each client to understand their team dynamics, and from there to develop programs that would generate the best possible results. Whether the event is outdoors or indoors, active or creative, or a half day session or full day session, much of Be Challenged’s success can be attributed to Seale’s tireless creativity and ability to understand the people, dynamics and businesses that he works with.
